Highland Arts Theatre produces a year-round season of theatre production as presents music shows for its audience in Sydney. Under the artistic direction of Wesley Colford, the HAT is focused on a professional theatrical presence in downtown Sydney, with a special emphasis on Cape Breton songs and stories. They operate from their permanent venue in the former St. Andrew's Church.
