CITT/ICTS is heading east for the 35th edition of its annual conference and trade show. Rendez-vous 2025will take place fromAugust 13–16, 2025, at Dalhousie University in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Held in a different Canadian city each year, Rendez-vousbrings together emerging and established professionals from across the live performance and events industry for four dynamic days of professional development, networking, and collaboration. The event fosters a welcoming, hands-on learning environment where ideas are exchanged, connections are made, and careers are inspired.

The main program will feature a wide range of training workshops, educational sessions, round tables, and panels covering key aspects of live performance production—including technical and production direction, stage management, lighting, sound, video, props,costumes, design, theatre architecture, health and safety, and equity, diversity andinclusion (EDI).

These sessions are complimented by pre-conference training offering one-and two-day hands-on workshops led by industry leaders, a dynamic trade show featuring products and services for the live production sector, and engaging social activities designed to build community and spark collaboration.

New this year! Rendez-vous 2025 will feature a 1-Day Mental Health First Aid Training presented in collaboration with The AFC, and the IATSE Training Hub will make its inaugural debut. The hub will offer a pre-conference Textured Hair Workshop,as well as a igging workshop, and other sessions during the main conference days. Don'tmiss these unique opportunities!
